Regarding Targolegal Private Limited’s Support Services, communications between you and a participating Processional (CS,CA or Advocate) are not confidential. For quality assurance purposes, and in order to deliver the Targolegal Private Limited services, Targolegal Private Limited will have access to your communications with participating Processionals.

Targolegal collects and uses your Personal information to operate the Targolegal.com website and deliver the services you have requested. Targolegal will send one welcome email following registration to all registered patrons. We will also periodically send service updates to registered users.

Targolegal also use your information for updating annual filing requirements under Companies act 2013, LLP act 2008.

We Targolegal Private Limited (hereinafter referred as ‘Targolegal’) are committed to deliver the services as per the Fee Quote shared with you on case to case. We are continuously improving the service delivery system from time to time.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective actions / clarifications to your satisfaction or we will refund the eligible amount of refund in cash or the eligible amount of refund will be credited to your Account with Targolegal which can be used for any future services from Targolegal, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
The Fee that you pay to Targolegal will be a retained by Targolegal and we will earn the fees upon completing the assignments on stage by stage. The fee we earn for delivery of services may vary from services to services depends on the time and efforts deployed by the team for client counselling and advise, briefing the process and requirements, data processing, documentation, processing of external services, registration at regulatory portals, submission of details and documents, liaison with regulatory offices and approvals etc.
Targolegal reserves the right to decide the earned fee for a specific service process and the parameters for charging the fee may vary from time to time. The earned fee will not be refunded as Targolegal have to spent on man hours and efforts to process the services. Also the fee paid to the government authorities such as taxes and filing fee and professional fee and expenses to third party service providers will not be eligible for refund.
In case of orders for Company Registration / LLP Registration / OPC Registration where Targolegal have processed the documentation and has filed the name application, the Earned Fee will be calculated at 75% of order value whether or not the name of Company / LLP is approved by the office of Registrar of Companies.
Limited Liability
Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of Targolegal shall be limited to the fee we collected for the services and we will not liable for any loss or damages that may be incurred or as may be claimed by the customer due to delay in process (technical or otherwise) or rejection of application by the regulatory authorities.
Procedure for Requesting Refund
In case you want to cancel the order or request refund of fee, contact your relationship manager or sent an email to info@Targolegal.com with reason for refund of fee. Cash Refund will be processed only for refund requests submitted with in 48 hours of placing the order. Refund request submitted after 48 hours of placing the order shall not be eligible for Cash Refund. In case of refund request submitted after 48 hours of placing the order, the fee paid by the customer, after adjusting the Earned Fee, Costs and expenses incurred by Targolegal and Cancellation Fee, if any, they will be credited to the customer account for settlement against alternate services or for availing services within a specified time. Date of first payment for an order will be treated as the ‘Date of placing the Order’.
In case the service delivery is not completed due to rejection of application by the by the regulatory authorities, no refund requests will be processed.
Cancellation of order or Refund request must be placed within 60 days of placing the order. No refund of fee will be processed (cash or credit) on requests placed after 60 days of placing the order. However, the unpaid Government fee, if any will be credited to the customer account for settlement against alternate services or future services.
Credit Balance in your customer account can only be used for availing any services from Targolegal with in 365 days of credit of amount and the unutilized balance in customer accounts will be retained by Targolegal and will not be available for adjustment or refund.
External Factors Beyond our Control
Targolegal cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For example, the government regulatory may reject an application trademark application for Company / LLP / OPC Registration, Trademark Registration for technical or legal reasons beyond the control of Targolegal. Also, the timelines indicated to you for specific services are based on the average lead time of service delivery based on the past experience of Targolegal.
The process may take unexpected long time due to technical issues or due to technical update of the process or due to policy / process changes the regulatory platforms such as www.mca.gov.in, www.incometaxindia.gov.in, www.ipindiaonline.gov.in etc which is beyond the control of Targolegal. So, the Targolegal do not guarantee the delivery services within the indicated timelines. Delay in processing the service delivery or rejection of application process by the regulatory authority cannot be a reason for refund.
Cancellation Fee
We will be incurring cost and man hours, technology resources and technical and professional expertise of professionals and technical resources throughout the process such as client briefing, meetings with professionals and experts, use of technology resources, documentation and guidance, processing and co-ordination with external service providers, compliance documents preparation filing with regulatory platforms, liaison with regulatory authorities etc. So, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for every refund request as we are required to incur time and cost from the stage of customer enquiry through the service delivery process. A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value subject to minimum of Rs.2000/- will be charged for every refund request.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims and refund of fee arising in connection with services engagements with Targolegal shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matters.
